Agents

A marketing team's work, done every day.

Your website should bring in buyers every week, without you hiring a marketing team to make it happen. Heddle's agents do that team's work. They learn your business, find what your buyers search for, write and improve the pages, and earn the links. They also draft replies to new enquiries and plan ads for the searches you don't win yet. You approve anything that speaks for you.

01 · Learn your business and your market

Every Monday

Memory agent

Learns your products, services, buyers, locations, proof points, competitors and voice, and keeps them current, so every other agent works from the same facts.

Reads your live site each week and compares it with the heddle/ folder. A new product, a changed price or a claim with no evidence on file becomes a proposed edit, each with the page it came from.

Every Monday

Research agent

Maps the searches your buyers make before they decide who to call, and checks whether Google and AI answers mention you for each one.

Measures volume and cost per click for your buyer phrases, reads the live results page and the AI Overview for each tracked search, and records who shows up and whether you do.

Every Monday

Strategy agent

Studies what already ranks, finds the gaps, and builds a ranked plan of pages and posts to fill them.

Turns the research and Search Console into heddle/plan.json: which pages to build, which to refresh, which searches to cover with ads for now, each with the demand behind it and the agent that owns it.

02 · Get found in Google and AI answers

Every day

Content agent

Writes pages and explainers around real buyer searches and news in your field, and publishes them once every check passes.

Takes the posts in the plan and the news items that change what your buyers should do, drafts each from its sources, and checks it against the sources, your claims and your published pages.

Every Wednesday

Page families agent

Adds the next comparison, alternative, location or integration pages, in order of measured demand.

Drafts the next rows of a page family from the plan, each with its sources, and holds back any row missing the material its page needs.

Every day

Writer

Turns an author's notes into a post in their voice, for their approval.

Drafts only from material the author supplied, never invents an experience, and publishes only on the author's signed approval.

Every day

SEO agent

Fixes the pages sitting just off page one: titles that lead with the phrase buyers type, direct answers, and links from pages that already rank.

Reads Search Console and the live results each day and proposes title, answer and link changes, each read against the results page first.

Every Thursday

Refresh agent

Keeps improving pages after they go live, so they stay relevant as searches and AI answers change.

Finds pages losing clicks or position, pages with dated facts, and pages the AI answers stopped citing, and rewrites the sections that slipped. Every rewrite passes the same checks as a new page.

Every Tuesday

Authority agent

Earns the links and listings that tell search engines and AI answers your business is worth recommending.

Finds where competitors are linked and you aren't, unlinked mentions, and the directories your buyers check, then drafts a pitch or a listing for each. A named person signs every pitch before it is sent.

03 · Turn visitors into qualified leads

Every Tuesday

Design and development agent

Keeps the site fast, readable and easy to act on, so buyers understand what you offer, trust you and take the next step.

Measures Core Web Vitals, runs the build checks against the live site, tests the contact form end to end, and proposes fixes for slow pages, missing metadata, broken links and pages without a clear next step.

Hourly, working days

Follow-up agent

Makes sure every enquiry gets a fast, personal answer and doesn't go cold.

Reads each new enquiry, researches the company behind it, rates the fit against your buyers, and sends the owner a drafted reply to send in one click. It reminds them when an enquiry has waited too long.

The pictures are examples, from a made-up payroll app for restaurants. On heddle.pro itself every agent runs at report: it emails what it would have done and changes nothing.

You stay in control

They earn their freedom, one step at a time.

01

They start by telling you

Every agent begins by emailing what it would have done, and changes nothing. You see its judgement before you trust it.

02

Then they ask

Next, an agent prepares the change and sends you a link to approve it. Nothing goes live until you click.

03

Then they just do it

After a run of clean weeks, you can let the content, SEO and refresh agents publish on their own. Every page still passes every check first.

04

Some things always wait for you

Pitches, replies to buyers, ads and anything under a person's name are always drafted, never sent. Any agent stops with one switch.

Two more agents keep watch over the rest. The watchdog checks every hour that every agent has run and succeeded, and emails once per problem. The canary sends a test brief through the real pipeline every night and throws the result away, to catch a broken model, key or check before real work hits it.

Questions

Which agents come with Heddle?

All of them. Every business gets the same 12 agents, plus two that watch over the rest. Each starts by reporting what it would do, and you decide which ones do more, and when.

Will an agent email my buyers or post in my name?

No. The authority agent drafts pitches and the follow-up agent drafts replies, and a person on your team sends each one from their own email. The paid agent plans campaigns; it never spends your money.

Can the agents publish on their own?

Only once you let them. After a run of clean weeks, the content, SEO and refresh agents can publish pages that pass every check. Anything under a person's name, anything sent outside your company, and any change to the facts about your business always waits for you.

How do I stop an agent?

Tell us, or flip its switch yourself. It stops before its next run, and nothing else changes.

What stops the agents overspending?

Each agent checks the budget before it starts and stops if the money is running low. Every weekly report says what each run cost, and nothing ever tops up an account on its own.
