How it works

From first call to your first leads.

You tell us what you sell, who buys it and what you can prove. In three to five weeks your first pages are live, built around searches with buyers behind them and checked before they ship. Then the agents take over the weekly work: new pages, fixes when a page slips, links earned and every enquiry answered fast. About six weeks after launch we show you what the pages earned and decide with you what comes next.

At every stage you can see what is done and what it showed. You get a checked record of what you can claim and a dated baseline of where you rank. Then one page pattern is chosen in writing with its search numbers, and the pages pass every check before they ship.

You keep all of it. Your facts, your data and your pages live in your own repository, and the checks run in your own build.

  1. Step 1

    Getting to know you

We write down what you sell, who buys it, the names you go by, and every claim you can back up, with where the proof is. Every agent works from this, so nothing it writes about you is made up.

Done whenyou've read it back and agreed it's right.

  2. Step 2

    Where you stand today

We record where you show up in Google and in AI answers today, and how many people find you, with the date. Later results are measured against this, so nobody can mistake luck for progress.

Done whenyou've seen the starting point.

  3. Step 3

    Choosing the first pages

We measure which searches have buyers behind them, and how hard each is to win, then pick one kind of page to start with: comparisons, alternatives, locations, or another that fits your business.

Done whenthe choice is written down with the numbers behind it.

  4. Step 4

    Gathering the facts

Every page needs real facts that make it different from the next one: prices, features, places, results. We collect them from your material and public sources, and a page that can't get them isn't built.

Done whenevery first page has the facts it needs.

  5. Step 5

    Building and checking

We build the first five to ten pages. Each passes every check, for facts, duplicates, tone and whether a buyer would want to get in touch, and you approve them before they go live.

Done whenevery page passes and you've signed off.

  6. Step 6

    Getting found

We ask Google to read the new pages, watch whether it does, and fix anything that stops it.

Done whenGoogle has the pages, or we know why not and have acted on it.

  7. Step 7

    Seeing what worked

About six weeks after the pages go live, we read what they earned and decide with you: build more of what works, change course, or remove what didn't.

Done whenthe decision is written down with the numbers.

  8. Step 8

    The agents take over

From here the agents do the weekly work: new pages, refreshes, links, replies to enquiries. Each starts by reporting what it would do, and you decide when it can do more.

Done whenevery agent is at the level you chose, with a named person getting its reports.

Once the agents take over, each one does a part of this every week. Meet the agents, or see the plans.

Questions

How long does a Heddle engagement take?

Stages one to six, from intake to indexed pilot pages, usually take three to five weeks. Measuring the pilot waits until about six weeks after it ships, so the first expand-or-prune decision lands around two and a half months in.

Why only one page pattern at a time?

Because a second pattern can't learn anything from the first until the first has results. On the site the method came from, most of what went wrong was a stage done out of order, usually writing before measuring.

What does the company have to provide?

What it sells and to whom, the claims it can back with evidence, the names it may and may not use, a named person to approve each agent's work, and read access to Search Console. Everything else is measured or built.

Work with us

Let the agents bring you the leads.

Tell us about your business and who buys from you. On a short call we'll show you the searches your buyers make where you don't show up yet, and what the agents would do about them in their first month.

On the call, for your site
